    William Kpahe is a certified ISSA personal trainer with 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, and is the head of  Redemption-Fitness. With years of success as a personal trainer, he has experience in working with clients to help them  build their self-efficacy - enabling them to get over mental hurdles. Losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, but it is never too  late. With the right direction and expertise, reaching your goals has  never been easier.

    We believe creating a workout plan is more than selecting exercises for our clients. Using BMI, body type analysis, and caloric intake and expenditure planning, we create the progression plan that is specifically tailored to each client.
